Ashley's passion for production is rooted in purpose, excellence, and impact. With over a decade of experience in media production, audio engineering, and creative leadership, Ashley brings both technical mastery and heart to every space she serves. Her journey began at just 17 years old, where early ministry leadership ignited a lifelong commitment to serving through creativity and innovation.
As Production Director at The Ramp Church, Ashley has devoted herself to mastering audio engineering, live-stream systems, camera operation, video mixing, and production integration. Her work behind the scenes has supported award-winning and internationally recognized artists while helping elevate worship and storytelling on a global scale. Instrumental in expanding The Ramp’s live-stream reach worldwide, Ashley’s production work now touches audiences across multiple continents each week. Driven by the mission to “Reach As Many Possible,” Ashley sees production not just as a skill—but as a calling to amplify voices, vision, and faith through excellence.
