ST. MACARY

Marvin St. Macary is a multifaceted creative, minister, and leadership consultant whose journey bridges the worlds of entertainment, faith, and storytelling. A graduate of Fordham University at Lincoln Center with a degree in Theater Arts and African American Studies, Marvin began his career in the fast-paced world of music and media, securing internships and production roles with Bad Boy Entertainment and acclaimed director Hype Williams. His work contributed to visual projects for iconic artists such as Jay Z, Beyoncé, and Kanye West.

In 2006, a life-changing spiritual awakening transformed his path and ignited a passion for ministry. Over the past eighteen years, including eleven years serving as Executive Pastor of Ramp Church International in Lynchburg, Virginia, under the leadership of Bishop S. Y. Younger, Marvin has become a trusted voice in spiritual and organizational leadership. He has served in nearly every area of ministry, including administration, finance, media, drama, evangelism, radio broadcasting, marriage ministry, men’s ministry, youth ministry, choir, and ushering. He also served as the National Leader over the Men’s Ministry for One Way Churches International, where he helped equip men to lead with strength, humility, and excellence.

Marvin travels nationally as a preacher, leadership trainer, and consultant, equipping pastors, churches, and organizations to build systems of excellence rooted in vision and biblical principles. He has also spoken to thousands of high school students across Virginia, teaching life skills, leadership development, and purpose-driven living.

A creative visionary, Marvin wrote, directed, and portrayed William J. Seymour in The Witness, a theatrical production based on the Azusa Street Revival. He has also written several screenplays, continuing to merge faith, history, and storytelling through creative expression.

Marvin is the author of Beyond the Dream: Fulfilling Your Purpose and The Leadership Blueprint: Excellence in Every Field, Volume One, and the co-author of Face to Face: Conversations with My Younger Self. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Liberty University and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Faith-Based Consulting, further deepening his mission to strengthen churches and leaders through practical, purpose-driven systems.

Beyond ministry, Marvin oversees multiple ventures, including M. Saint Photography and The Saint Collection, a streetwear brand created alongside his wife and daughter.

Marvin’s heartbeat is leadership development. He is committed to raising strong, Spirit-led, and strategically minded individuals who understand that ministry is not confined to the pulpit. His passion is to help people reach their God-given potential, enabling them to confidently lead and influence every sphere to which they are called, whether in the church, marketplace, arts, education, government, or family. He believes excellence is a form of worship and that leadership marked by integrity, creativity, and conviction reflects the nature of God in the earth.
